A24 dropped the first trailer for Cut to Black this morning and it is doing exactly what an A24 trailer is supposed to do: telling you almost nothing and making you want to see it immediately.
The premise is small — a concert pianist wakes up after a hall collapse with no memory of the night — but Sasha Yuen shoots it like a horror film. Cressida Park looks like she is already campaigning. In theatres August 22.
