Pragmata is out — Capcom's new sci-fi action IP hits 1 million in two days

Capcom’s long-in-development new IP Pragmata launched April 17 on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The sci-fi action-adventure puts you in the suit of Hugh Williams, a spacefarer stranded on a lunar research station that has been taken over by hostile AI. Android companion Diana accompanies you through the escape.

The game sold over one million copies in its first 48 hours, validating a development cycle that began with a brief teaser way back in 2020. A Nintendo Switch 2 version followed on April 24 for the Japanese market.
